Behavioral Therapy

Behavioral Therapy is a practical, goal-focused approach that helps individuals identify and change unhelpful behaviors that contribute to distress. By understanding patterns of actions and responses, clients learn healthier coping strategies and develop skills to manage challenges more effectively. Behavioral therapy focuses on present concerns and measurable progress, empowering clients to build positive habits, improve emotional regulation, and create meaningful, lasting change.

EMDR

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process and heal from traumatic or distressing experiences. When difficult memories feel “stuck,” they can continue to trigger anxiety, negative beliefs, or emotional overwhelm. EMDR uses guided bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements or tapping) to help the brain reprocess those memories so they feel less intense and more manageable. Over time, clients often experience reduced triggers, greater emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of peace and resilience.

Gottman Couples Therapy

Gottman Couples Therapy is a research-based approach designed to help couples strengthen their relationship, improve communication, and resolve conflict in healthy ways. Using practical tools and structured interventions, this method helps partners build trust, deepen emotional connection, and replace negative interaction patterns with respect and understanding. Couples learn skills to manage conflict constructively while creating a stronger foundation for long-term intimacy and partnership.
